We offer refund, repair, and replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, and the terms set out in our terms and conditions of sale.  Eligible claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Lemax offer a 1 year product warranty for NEW products from the date of purchase, however, according to Lemax, items that have been retired are no longer being produced and replacement parts are not available. Furthermore, Lemax would consider merchandise purchased on clearance/closeout to be considered “as is” merchandise. Items ‘shipped from Australia‘ will be sent via courier or parcel post (3-5 business days). 

Items ‘shipped from overseas‘ are received first to our office for quality checking, then dispatched quickly to the customer.  This may incur delivery times of up to 21 days depending on supplier availability and the carrier used; or the time taken for the quality control process. 

A retired product (or discontinued product) is a product no longer in production by the manufacturer.  Retired products can still be found at authorised Lemax resellers, but become harder to find the longer they are out of production.

We source these retired products from distributors, resellers, and private sellers located all around the world.  Subject to the year of retirement, these products can be considered in “new” condition, but may also be “ex-display”, or “pre-owned”, but in “as new” condition for re-sale.

Any product deemed less than “as new”, will be identified as so.

We source products from various outlets in USA, UK, and Europe.

If a product ordered through this website becomes unavailable prior to shipment, a full refund will be issued.

If a shipment is lost in transit, then a refund will be issued in accordance with the refund policy of the carrier used.

We do not offer refund if you change your mind, or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.
